Most disclaimers exist to make a website’s lawyers feel better. This one exists to be honest with you about what PressDeep is, what it isn’t, and where the limits of our work sit.
We’d rather tell you plainly than bury it in a wall of capital letters nobody reads.
We Publish Journalism, Not Professional Advice
This is the important one, so it goes first.
Everything on PressDeep — our news, our analysis, our deep dives, our explainers — is journalism and general information. It is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for it.
We are not your financial advisor. We write about markets, companies, and the economy. That is reporting, not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. We don’t know your finances, your obligations, your risk tolerance, or your goals — and anyone who gives you investment advice without knowing those things is doing you a disservice. Accuracy and Completeness
We work hard to get things right. Our sourcing and fact-checking standards are set out in our Editorial Policy, and we take them seriously.
But we’re going to be straight with you: we are not infallible. No publication is. We make mistakes, and when we find them, we correct them visibly rather than quietly editing the page.
We can’t guarantee that everything on this site is complete, current, or free of error at every moment. Stories develop. Facts that were accurate at publication get overtaken by events. Sources turn out to be wrong. This is the nature of reporting on a world that keeps moving.
Check the date on what you’re reading. An article accurate in January may be out of date by July, and we don’t retroactively rewrite our archive to hide that.

Analysis and Opinion
Our Analysis pieces make arguments. Arguments can be wrong.
When we tell you what we think something means, what’s likely to happen next, or who benefits, we’re offering an informed interpretation — not a fact, and not a prediction you should rely on. We show our reasoning precisely so you can decide whether you find it convincing. Sometimes you shouldn’t.
Analysis reflects the view of the writer at the time of writing. It is not a statement of fact, and it is not a guarantee of anything.
External Links
We link out constantly. It’s how honest journalism works — we cite our sources so you can check them, and we’d encourage you to.
But once you follow a link off PressDeep, you’re on someone else’s site, under their rules. We have no control over the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or security of any external site. A link is not an endorsement of everything that site has ever published. It means we found that specific page relevant enough to point you at.
Sites change. Links rot. A URL that pointed somewhere reputable in 2024 might point somewhere else entirely today. Use your judgment out there.

Developing stories are exactly that — developing. Early reporting on an unfolding event is a snapshot of what was known at the time, and what’s known at the time is often incomplete. We update as we learn more.

We aim to keep PressDeep online, fast, and secure. We can’t promise it will be available without interruption, free of technical error, or free of anything harmful that slips past our defenses. Do your own basic security hygiene, as you would anywhere on the internet.
